JavaFX não encontra o arquivo .fxml

@Willian_Silva o arquivo FXML esta no mesmo pacote da classe?
para ajudar um pouco poste seu FXML também.
Qual é a linha 23? “at view.FXMainContato.start(FXMainContato.java:23)”

Sim está.
Alinha 23 é essa:

Parent root = FXMLLoader.load(getClass().getResource("FXMLContato.fxml"));

Acbei descobrindo um bug, não se é do Netbeans ou do JavaFX. Toda vez que a gente criar uma aplicação JavaFX temos que abrir o arquivo FXML, se não fizermos isso da erro. Foi o que estava acontecendo comigo. Mesmo assim agradeço a colaboração de todos.
