Acessar jmx-console no JBoss-3.0.4_tomcat-4.1.12

Instalei o JBoss-3.0.4_tomcat-4.1.12 e incializo ele pelo arquivo de lote run.bat no diretorio bin
quando tento acessar o http://localhost:8080/jmx-console da erro alguem puder me ajudar agradeco
olha o erro:
