Chamar uma função dentro de um Jframe

Sei que para quem conheçe e entende é uma pergunta idiota, mas estou a alguns dias já estudando e todos os exemplos q acho são pra quem fez tudo na mal fiz uma tela no netbeans usando as ferramentas visuais e os exeplos q achei aqui no forum e no google foram todos pra quem fez a mão ou nw funcionaram pra mim a tela q criei foi essa:

Cara Desculpa a ignorancia, mas aonde faço isso, quando estou iniciando tudo?

ou se vc quiser criar um botão pra chamar esse método, pode por um actionListener()

não, vc faz isso quando for usar a função, vou te explicar pra ficar mais fácil

na primeira linha vc está criando o objeto que contém a função,
na segunda vc está chamando a função que está nesse objeto

vc fez o import da tela que tá a função ?

Sim fiz sim, olhando o primeiro código lá em cima é o 3 ou 4 import q fiz!

A função que vc quer tá no Teste1 ou no Visor ?
Esta função foi declarada como public ?
