Desencriptar ficheiros

Boas pessoal, estou a incrptar o meu ficheiro gerado com o as seguintes classes
Classe que encripta :

Esta classe eu uso para encritar um ficheiro

Eu tenho uma classe em outro projecto que teria como função desincriptar este ficheiro que foi encriptado neste projecto, entao eu tenho uma class igual a classe que encripta "DesEncrypter", e chamo o metodo encrypter.decrypt("Meu ficheiro encriptado"), new FileOutputStream("ficheiro desincriptado"));
Mas infelizmente isso nao funciona.

Alguem me sabe dizer como faço para que eu possa encriptar um ficheiro em um projecto e ter classes em outros projectos que possam desencriptar o meu ficheiro encriptado ?
