Erro ao instalar glassfish

Aparentemente o poblema é com a porta 4848, ela já está sendo usada por outro aplicativo.

olá fui instalar em outra maquina e estava dando erro
a linha de comando que digite foi essa

java -Xmx256m -jar glassfish-installer-v1_ur1-p01-b02.jar

de falha de segmentação
O que é isto é algum erro com a memoria;
