Bom, estou instalando o AXIS no meu TOMCAT e quando acesso: localhost/axis da a seguinte mensagem

Depois ele redireciona para localhost/axis/index.jsp e da um erro
HTTP Status 500 - javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NullPointerException
