O erro diz tudo. Muda o url do teu repositório de http://repo.maven... para https://repo.maven...

isso que vc falou pra mim não deu certo não, tem alguma outra opção pra eu corrigir esse erro ???

Se é o mesmo erro, então você não mudou de http para https como o @pmlm orientou.
