E esta é a classe FramePrincipal:

package com.damasceno.frames;

import javax.swing.JFrame;
import javax.swing.JOptionPane;

import com.damasceno.conexao.GmailUtilities;

public class FramePrincipal extends JFrame {

	    try {

	        GmailUtilities gmail = new GmailUtilities();
	        gmail.setUserPass("[email removido]", "dm4323");
	        gmail.connect();
	        gmail.openFolder("INBOX");

	        int totalMessages = gmail.getMessageCount();
	        int newMessages = gmail.getNewMessageCount();

	JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null, "Você tem "+totalMessages+" mensagem(s) em sua caixa de entrada!", "teste", JOptionPane.INFORMATION_MESSAGE);

	//Uncomment the below line to print the body of the message. Remember it will eat-up your bandwidth if you have 100's of messages.            //gmail.printAllMessageEnvelopes();
	        gmail.printAllMessageEnvelopes();

	    } catch(Exception e) {
	        e.printStackTrace();
	        System.exit(-1);
	    }

	}

	public FramePrincipal() {
		super();
		setBounds(100, 100, 500, 375);
		setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
		//
	}

}

Eu quero que os resultados sejam exibidos em uma Jlist, como faço isto?
Sei que tenho que mexer na classe GmailUtilities, mas em que além de tirar os System.out.println...?
