[RESOLVIDO]Erro[1006] - Cannot Connect to Database Server Ao abrir uma conexão no MySql

Bom dia A Todos.

Estou com o seguinte erro no mysq workBench, por favor ajudem com sugestões…

Please:
1 Check that mysql is running on server 127.0.0.1
2 Check that mysql is running on port 3306 (note: 3306 is the default, but this can be changed)
3 Check the root has rights to connect to 127.0.0.1 from your address (mysql rights define what clients can connect to the server and from which machines)
4 Make sure you are both providing a password if needed and using the correct password for 127.0.0.1 connecting from the host address you’re connecting from

O erro ocorre quando vou abrir uma conexão (Botão Open Connection to Start Querying)

Detalhes:

  • estou usando o win 8 64bits
  • meu firewall esta desabilitado.
  • não coloquei senha nenhuma para o usuário root.

cara, posso ta falando bobagem …

  • teu mysql ta rodando como serviço ?
    tenta ao invez de usar 127.0.0.1 usar localhost ( sei q n muda nd + vale tentar).

Pelo prompt do mysql você consegue acesso?
Pelo prompt de comando do Windows, utilizando os comandos

mysql -u root -p [ENTER]
[SENHA][ENTER]

Você consegue acesso?

Olá !

Eu acho que o erro ocorre quando ele tenta iniciar o serviço!!! Pois ele aparece uma mensagem antes do erro com a seguinte informaçao: An SQL editor instance for " is opening and should be available in a moment. Please stand by…

Não !! ele retorna informando que o comando mysql não é reconhecido como um comando interno.

O que pode ser feito ?

Reinstalar o MySQL como serviço do windows.
