Tenho um arquivo e preciso trocar de posição em uma matriz sempre que ele encontrar uma "," alguém pode me ajudar ?

Aqui está meu código

Consegue explicar melhor o que precisa? O que está no vetor? O arquivo? Alguma outra informação que está relacionada a quantidade de vírgulas?

No arquivo são várias linhas com dados como esse :
1000025,5,1,1,1,2,1,3,1,1,2
1002945,5,4,4,5,7,10,3,2,1,2
1015425,3,1,1,1,2,2,3,1,1,2

Só que meu programa não consegue que a cada “,” ele mude de posição na matriz

Mas que posição tem que mudar?
Dá um exemplo de como a matriz deveria ficar para esse conjunto de dados aí.

Tem algum motivo especial para ser uma matriz de Integer ao invés de int?

a matriz ficaria 1000025 5 1 1 1 2 1 3 1 1 2 na primeira linha , tipo o 1000025 na primeira posição, depois o 5 dpois o 1 e assim por diante

Eu tentei usar esse metodo split mas sempre acontece esse erro eption in thread “main” java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: “”. Olhei o arquivo e não tem nenhum espaço para esse erro acontecer
