Bom dia pessoal

Alguém poderia me explicar como eu poderia acessar o tomCat via web, sendo o meu pc um servidor, eu já uso o no-ip configurado, o roteador está setado para o meu micro, o firewall desativado,o .war está na pasta webapp, mas não acha a página, talvez seja a configuração do server.xml, segue abaixo
