Pessoal será que alguem poderia me passar algum metodo para formatar valor numericos 999.999,99 em um input.

Se vc quer formatar o número como atributo.. que tal a classe NumberFormat ?
Agora se for no HTML, aí vc tem que usar um JavaScript para poder formatá-lo...
