Ajuda para configurar projeto Spring no netbeans

Galera, criei um projeto spring no netbeans, mas não estou conseguindo configurar, já pesquisei tudo na net, faço exemplos iguais e mesmo assim não consigo rodar, me ajudem por favor. Desde já, agradeço.
