Ajuda - Struts , Não consigo exibir as páginas

estou treinando struts sem aquela frescura toda, criei uma classe chamada LoginAction:

import org.apache.struts2.convention.annotation.Action;
import org.apache.struts2.convention.annotation.Result;

Um jsp chamado Login.jsp

Quando implantei os códigos no web.xml ele não deixa mais exibir a página, da o erro

description The requested resource (/Struts/login.jsp) is not available.

Porque ? :(
