Bloquear toda a tela

criei uma classe para bloquear a tela do usuario ate que receba a ordem de dispose

achei algumas dicas inclusive aqui no forum que funcionaram muito bem (no windows), mas quando executei no ubuntu funcionaram parcialmente, faltou no caso ele bloquear a movimentacao da janela.

Não sei se ha um metodo melhor de fazer isso, mas preciso que a janela bloqueie toda a tela do usuario ate que receba a ordem de liberacao, se alguem tiver uma solucao melhor por favor compartilhe

so pra constar é uma classe jframe do net beans
