Galera estou tendo um proplema no struts 2. Configurei o arquivo web.xml conforme a indicação do proprio struts, setei suas devidas libs e no entanto é gerada a seguinte exceção:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.struts2.dispacher.FilterDispatcher
