Criei uma tela splash e imagens Icon JLabel não aparecem mais

Criei uma tela splash que dentro de sua main, chama após sua execução meu JFrame principal, mas quando coloquei essa classe Splash.java, as minhas imagens das JLabel, desapareceram. Algum problema com a graphics ?
