Duvida no uso Spring Roo not found

Olá,

pessoal estou tentando fazer um teste utilizando o Roo do Spring

e me deparei com um erro na criação de uma tabela

estou usando apache-maven-3.0.4,spring-roo-1.2.3.RELEASE,sts-3.2.0.RELEASE

se alguém puder me ajudar
