Pessoal,
Sou novo em java e estou tentando carregar alguns css e js no meu projeto e estou recebendo o seguinte erro:

[WARNING ] Resource referenced by NOME.js and libraryName js not found in call to ResourceHandler.createResource. It will be silenty ignored.

Tente colocar no caminho :

webContent/resources/js
webContent/resources/css
