Instalei o Tomcat 4, mas na hora de colocar este cara no ar pela startup.bat, dá este erro:
Cannot find the file - Djava.endorsed.dirs=(or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename correct and that all required libares are available.
O que pode estar faltando ou estar errado!!
