Erro ao iniciar aplicação via JNLP

Gostaria de contextualizar uma situação para ver se alguém possui alguma dica a respeito do assunto.

Tenho uma aplicação que é iniciada via jnlp, ao atualizar o JRE para a versão 1.8.0_91, está sendo lançada uma série de exceções ao rodar o JNLP.

Ativando o rastreamento e abrindo o java console, as exceções lançadas são:

O que acho estranho é que até a release anterior do java estava funcionando sem problemas e nenhuma exceção era lançada, agora não está mais sendo possível executar a aplicação.

Por fim a mensagem que fica no console de debug do java é:
