Erro ao usar wsimport do wsdl da NFe de consulta

Seguinte estou tendo um erro ao gerar o wsdl de consulta de NFe

Primeiro eu extrai o wsdl para meu pc, depois eu dei esse comando

wsimport -s C:\Projetos\Cert\src\ -d C:\Projetos\Cert\src\ C:\caminho\teste.wsdl

ele gera algumas classes só, não todas, como é correto fazer?
