Erro: "Filtrando" jMenu para Usuarios diferentes

Galera, eu to fazendo um programa que efetua um Login e senha e depois de verificar o tipo de Usuario ele “filtra” o menu da janela Principal exibindo apenas determinadas opções do Menu e outras que não são compativeis com o Usuario estarão desabilitadas, entenderam?

Segue o codigo qnd chamo a janela principal.
