Pessoal ao acionar meu comandlink o JSF reporta o seguinte erro

javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException: /cadastroCliente.xhtml @81,23 value="#{mbCliente.cliente.nome}": Target Unreachable, 'cliente' returned null

Ja, fucei tudo e não achei uma solução , gostaria da ajuda de você

Experimente colocar no lugar de

private Cliente cliente;

Isso
private Cliente cliente = new Cliente()

é mesma coisa, Não funciona… rsrs o setCliente faz a mesma coisa se voce observar.

Boa tarde,

Acredito que o seu código esteja correto, tente verificar se o construtor ta sendo chamado normalmente e se o metodo setCliente ta sendo chamado.

Outra coisa, verifique se alguem chama o metodo setCliente passando null como novo valor.

Creio que colocando

private Cliente cliente = new Cliente() neste caso, é a mesma coisa que você esta fazendo no seu construtor.

o código é somente este que eu postei, como podemos observar , não seto nulo no setCliente.

Fiquei um dia atras deste erro e ainda não consegui resolver

espero ajuda da galera

Vc tentou usar algum outro escopo ao invés do ViewScoped?

vc já debugou para ver se no contrutor do seu MBean o cliente está sendo instanciado?

Já sim o construtor é chamado.

é o seguinte ao acionar o botão novo , gera este erro," como vocês observaram", porem se esse botao for do prime não gera este erro, por ser uma requisição ajax ele não faz submit, se eu usar o h: do jsf ao fazer o submit ele gera este erro, porem não adianda eu colocar o do prime porque depois vou teque acionar um submit e vai gerar o msm erro, ja testei

Cara nunca usei o p:dialog, costumo sempre usar o modal do richfaces, e pro modal é preciso ter e estar em um form separado pra funcionar, não sei quanto ao do prime mas talves seja bom dar uma olhada nisso.
