Erro JSP utilizando richfaces

Boa tarde Amigos

Estou criando minha primeira pagina jsp utilizando richfaces porem esta ocorrendo um erro

A configuração do web.xml esta assim:

Eu adicionei os 4 jar do richfaces no projeto
