Facelets Ide com posicionamento visual dos componentes

Particularmente prefiro escrever na mão, mas veja a ferramenta da JBOSS:

Nele tem o módulo RichFaces VE para editar JSP, Facelets e Richfaces… eu testei uma versão antiga, quando era da Exadel. Este ainda não vi como ficou.

Ok, mas o JBoss Developer Studio é pago, certo.
E o http://labs.jboss.com/tools/ é opensource.
Qual a diferenca entre os dois?
