JSF - Exception - FacesContext

Alguém poderia me ajudar, sou novo no JSF e estou tentando fazer uma simples navegação no NetBeans.

Vou postar o web.xml e o faces.config

Agradeço muito a ajuda!

PS: Estou usando NetBeans 6.5 e TomCat 6

Estou seguindo uma video aula pelo DevMedia, pelo fato de eu ser inciante
