Estou tentando subir uma aplicação no Tomcat e está dando o seguinte erro:SEVERE: Parse Error at line 5 column 9: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element ‘taglib’.
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element ‘taglib’.
Por favor, alguém poderia me dizer o que causar este erro?
