Problema com Spring

Pessoal, boa noite, estou tendo um problema para fazer um hello world simples cm o Spring Framework, ao executar e tentar acessar, ele gera essa mensagem de erro:

The requested resource (/Spring/olaMundo) is not available.

Ja tentei de tudo e não consegui resolver.
