A propósito, sobre o problema… mandei outro email, dessa vez para o representante da SUN na prometric… ele respondeu o seguinte:

This appears to be a problem with Prometric?s online scheduling system in certain regions. We have reported the issue to Prometric but do not have an ETA for resolution.
You may schedule your exam through Prometric customer service by calling the appropriate number for your region/country that is listed under questions on the right side of the following page:

If you are still experiencing difficulties scheduling your exam, we will need the following information to schedule your exam:
Your name
Your Prometric testing ID
Your voucher number
The exam you would like to take
The testing center where you would like to take your exam
The date & time you would like your appointment (Please include alternate dates and times in case your preference is not available)
