Problemas com Wrapper Servico [RESOLVIDO]

Galera,

Estou com problemas em iniciar o servico wrapper da minha aplicacao java. Quando mando iniciar o servico, o status fica como iniciando e nunca mais que inicia o servico.

Estou usando windows 2003 server.

Segue o .conf do wrapper

Onde que estou errando. Pq o servico nao esta iniciando? Minha aplicacao java e multi-thread, isso pode atrapalhar?

Quanto à história de ser multi-thread não há absolutamente nenhum problema. Mesmo um programa Java “Hello, World” tem umas 7 ou 8 threads no Windows (garbage collection, finalizer etc.). Portanto não é esse o problema.

Talvez você precise dizer, nessa configuração onde está o Java (parece que é em “set.JAVA_HOME”, mas é bom você ler direitinho a configuração) nessa máquina onde o serviço não sobe. É questão de você olhar o Event Viewer (não sei como que é o nome disso no Windows em português, se for essa a versão que você estiver rodando).

Eu já havia feito essa configuração, mas faz muito tempo. O meu SO esta em ingles e esta setado o JAVA_HOME no meu servidor.

Esse é um erro muito comum. Setar o JAVA_HOME para um determinado usuário (por exemplo, um administrador) não quer dizer que o serviço (que roda como LocalSystem, ou como NetworkService, ou como um outro usuário qualquer de sistema) vai conseguir reconhecer essa variável de ambiente. É preferível você setar isso no seu arquivo de configuração mesmo.

Mas ainda recomendo você a olhar o log do Event Viewer, pode ser que ache alguma coisa interessante lá.

Então,

Fui la no log do ruindows e achei um erro com a seguinte descrição:

DCOM got error "This service cannot be started in Safe Mode " attempting to start the service netman with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{BA126AE5-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E}

Vou testar com essas linhas:
set.JAVA_HOME=/java/path
wrapper.java.command=%JAVA_HOME%/bin/java

Vai que da certo.

Se você reiniciar o Windows para que ele não fique em safe mode, e tentar reiniciar o seu serviço, o que ocorre?

Atenção, você não entendeu para que serve a linha

set.JAVA_HOME=/java/path

Você provavelmente terá de modificar para o diretório onde está instalado seu Java (normalmente em “C:\Program Files\Java\Jre6”, que seria codificado nesse arquivo como “C:/Program Files/Java/Jre6”.

Quando reinicio o windows e tento iniciar o serviço, o status dele fica em “iniciando”, tendo que reiniciar a maquina.

Muito estranho. Normalmente, quando você tenta iniciar um serviço, ele fica um tempo em “Starting” mas depois de um tempo o Windows desiste e mostra algo no Event Viewer. Nunca é necessário reiniciar a máquina. Não tem mais alguma coisa esquisita não?

Dica: tente instalar não seu sistema, mas um programa Java bem boboca (mas que não retorne) para simplificar seu problema. Primeiro resolva o problema “como usar o wrapper”, depois resolva o problema “como instalar meu programa”.

Tente instalar o “TestWrapper” que está listado em:

Se você não conseguir nem instalar esse cara, então vai ter de ralar um pouco para instalar seu sistema.

Testei aqui primeiro o wrapper test e funcinou, criei uma aplicacao “hello word” e apresentou o seguinte erro:

JVM exited while loading the application.

Pq sera que esta matando o JVM? Sendo que o wrapper de teste funciona blza.

Resolvi o problema com um ajuste tecnico de brasileiro, transformei o meu jar em um exe. Com o exe em maos eu posso colocar ele como um serviço. Sei que não é uma das soluçoes mais adequadas, mas funcionou.

Usei o exe4j ( www.exe4j.com)
