Eu adoro esse livro :wink:

Imagine qntas paginas o cara teria que gastar se cada classe do tier model ele tivesse que explicar…

Eu curto o livro, apesar de antigo, versao 1.1 foi , é um grande referencia. Hoje estou indo para o quinto capitulo.
Acho o livro bom, pegue os src no site da editora…

Outra coisa boa… Foi ver o quanto o menta é mais produvito comparado com o strts

No topico 1.4.1 fala em construir uma aplicação rapida, ok!

Pag 19 - O livro fala para instanciar UserDirectory… mas, não fala quem é esse cara. Nem compila.

Pag 21 - Manda eu criar o struts-config.xml mas, nem toca no assunto do web.xml.

Fato, como vou rodar o programa sem UserDirectory e sem configurar o web.xml p/ o struts?

  • Baixei o pdf do Stratus in Action. fiz uma busca sobre UserDirectory e a mesma coisa… fala em 3 topicos p/ instanciar mas em nenhum fala p/ criar ou baixar de outro lugar. Não compila.

Eu ja fiz algumas coisas com o struts-blank mas, comprei o livro para ver como ele funciona.

Muitas falhas para a primeira aplicação, quero ver na ultima.
