Bom dia pessoal, meu problema eh o seguinte
O maven ta doidao. ta aqui dizendo qe ta faltando os artefatos, mas estao todos la na minha
pasta ~/.m2/repository
porem ele diz q ta faltando tudo…

Resolvi.
Dentro da pasta .m2 tem uma rquivo settings.xml

eua crescentei uma tag localrepository indicando onde ficava a pasta repository e funcionou
ficou da seguinte maneira:
