Structs nao chama a Action

Estou chamado minha action e aparece a mensagem de erro. segue a codigo - Ja tentei adicionar a / e nada...
WARN [Dispatcher ] Could not find action or result
There is no Action mapped for namespace / and action name meusAmigos. - [unknown location]
