Alguém que já fez a NF-e poderia me dizer como está o tipo TString no arquivo tipoBasico_vX.XX.xsd?
Estou validando o XML e está dando erro no Endereço mas não faz sentido, o endereço está com uma string totalmente normal.
No arquivo tipoBasico_v1.02.xsd que tenho o tipo TString está assim:

Quando tento validar com essa string para o endereço: RUA JOSE DA ROCHA VITA
Está dando essa Exception:

Eu desconfio que isso aqui[color=red] [!-ÿ]{1}[ -ÿ]{0,}[!-ÿ]{1}|[!-ÿ]{1}[/color] esteja errado no xsd.
Alguém teve esse problema também?
