Eclipse juno, não consigo rodar o emulador

Olá boa noite!

Estou testando um programa teste Android e estou com o seguinte erro ao rodar.

Alguém saberia me dizer qual poderia ser o problema ?

Uso o Eclipse Juno e Android 4.2

Pois já estou a três semanas pesquisando uma solução e não encontro, só vejo em vídeo q é mole mas o meu não PC roda nem a páu.

Estou fazendo o cursinho de Android mas a versao q usaram era 6.0 e Android 3.2

Boa noite

1º Preferences > Android, veja se o eclipse está achando o caminho dos SDK’s
2º Clicando com botão direito do mouse em PROPRIEDADES > ANDROID , veja se está selecionado o SDK certo.

3ºTem quase certeza que seja o AndroidManifest.xml por causa destas linhas

Vc está tentado rodar um projeto 3.2 que é level 13 em um emulador 4.2.2 que é level 17

tenta fazer assim

Vem tudo sobre a configuração das versões…

Ah crie um emulador compatível com a versão do SDK do seu projeto.

Obrigado pela ajuda, pois consegui fazer rodar,
criei um ADV Nexus S + Android 4.1.

Só apaeceu um aviso no arquivo manifest, vc poderia me dizer a q se refere?

Bom mais uma pergunta, depois deste teste queria
rodar este programa num Tablet com Android 4.1, 512 Ram o TB750 7".

Que adv eu deveria usar para o Tablet?

Puxa! o q a gente vê nas vídeos aulas por ai não é bem assim, “Chuchu no mel” há muitas omissões sobre configurações, mas valeu.
