Erro ao executar j9w.exe windows mobile 6.1

Ao executar um programa j2me no windows mobile 6.1, tenho a seguinte mensagem e não se mais o que fazer.
“The file ‘j9w.exe’ cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of is components cannot be found.
Is the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoreing this file.
O Arquivo .lnk está assim:
255#”\Program Files\J9\PPRO10\bin\j9w.exe" -jcl:ppro10 -cp “\Program Files\Intermec\JavaLib\Portarias.jar” “principal.menuP”
